Technically Perino is right. 911 happened in the first year of the first term of George W. Bush, however, it was planned and formulated under the Bill Clinton Administration.
It is amazing. Dems won't acknowledge that the terrorist did most of their planning right under the nose of Clinton. They blame it all on Bush. Now that Obama is president, they blame our economic issues on Bush. Nothing bad EVER happens under the guidance of a democratic president. WHATEVER!!!
