Who is better prepared to be president?

To administer the law or enforce the law, which is sort of what the job of the executive branch of government is, isn't an understanding of the law important? And to uphold the constitution of the United States, wouldn't an understanding of the U. S. Constitution be helpful.
Joe Biden teaches a seminar on constitutional law at Widener University.
Barack Obama taught constitutional law at Chicago School of Law for 12 years (1992 to 2004).
Based on education and understanding of the constitution, who do you think is better prepared to be president and vice president of our country?
